Weight Loss Tips For Holiday Travelers

For holiday travelers, controlling their diets is a big challenge because during the holiday’s chances are they will end up in a restaurant.

In order to stave off extra weight without resorting to drinking weight loss diet pill i found the following 5 rules for eating out that are helpful:

  1. Order grilled, not fried.
  2. Hold the mayo, take the mustard.
  3. Say no to the cheese.
  4. Ask for the dressing on the side.
  5. Pass on the fries, or order them unsalted.
