How to lose weight while travelling

My friend told that everytime she travels she always end up looking for diet pills for women . Why? she said she can’t avoid the delicious foods served in different restaurants she visited. Well, i can’t blame her it’s really hard to resist the temptation. But i told her not to depend too much on diet pills.

There are other healthy ways to lose weight while travelling. You can lose weight if you are willing to implement some simple steps into your travel routine and here are some of them:

1. Bring healthy snacks and bottled water with you while traveling. This will prevent you from stopping for fast food or help you resist temptation if you are traveling in a plane on which calorie-laden snacks like cookies and soda are being served.

2. When traveling by car make frequent rest stops and walk around as much as possible. Take several minutes to stretch your legs and get your blood flowing.

3. Get enough rest. You may be prone to snack when you’re tired, so prevent this by getting enough sleep.

4. Take time to exercise. If you’re staying in a hotel with a fitness room or pool, use it for your workout. Otherwise, devote some time to walking or jogging or plan leisure activities that involve some kind of physical activity.

5. Select foods carefully.  Make healthy choices, like salads with no dressing, lean meats and vegetable dishes without heavy sauces.
